T661.ai creates draft working papers; it does not file your tax return or decide whether work is eligible. Your company reviews and approves the information. A paid plan renews monthly until the workspace owner cancels it in Settings. The detailed terms below control if this summary and the full agreement differ.
These Terms are an agreement between you and Pipaco Tech, the legal business that operates T661.ai (“T661,” “we,” or “us”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
- Service. T661.ai generates technical activity documentation and accountant handoff working papers from connected evidence and information your company enters. It does not submit or EFILE a tax return. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving all generated content before using it.
- Not professional advice. T661.ai does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice and makes no representation about the eligibility of any work for SR&ED or any other tax incentive. Filing decisions and certifications are yours. Independent professional review is optional in the product, though your circumstances may warrant it.
- Your data. You retain all rights to your repository data, uploaded supporting records, and generated logs. You grant us the limited right to process those materials to provide, secure, and support the service and to make them available to workspace members and reviewers you authorize.
- Acceptable use. Connect only repositories you are authorized to connect. Don't use the service to fabricate records of work that did not occur.
- Billing. Subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe until the workspace owner cancels in Settings. Paid access continues to the end of the current billing period. One successful preview log may be offered; failed or empty attempts do not use it. The 14-day trial starts after that successful preview. It does not convert to a paid plan unless the owner separately subscribes.
- Liability. The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
- Governing law. British Columbia, Canada.
